Important Authored Bills Signed into Law 

RA 11084 & RA 11689: Increased the Bed Capacity of Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) from 500 to 1,500 beds - continuous improvement in healthcare services and equipment; increased medical personnel. We will continue to see enhanced speciality programs such as mental health, cardiovascular, lung, brain, spine, cancer, transplant, and renal care, among others.

RA 11192: Established the Cordillera Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (CSITE) - strengthening tech-voc education in Cordillera to develop innovative and technically competent individuals. CSITE was awarded the 2022 Best TESDA Training Institution Nationally. CSITE offers 118 programs including 5 diploma programs, 2-year vocational programs, and short courses with 31,760 graduates from 2022 to 2025.

RA 10931: Free Tertiary Education - Since 2017, this law has provided free tuition in all State Universities and Colleges (e.g., UP Baguio, BSU), public universities and tech-voc institutions.

RA 11982: Granting Additional Benefits to Senior Citizens - Seniors who turn 80, 85, 90, and 95 will receive a cash gift of ₱10K and a letter from the President.

RA 11932: Creating the Metropolitan Baguio, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablay, Tuba and Tublay Authority (MBLISTTDA) -  The Authority shall administer a special development and administrative area that includes the planning, budgeting, and implementation of interlocal programs, projects, and activities for socio-economic development. The MBLISSTDA shall be under the administrative supervision of the Office of the President.

RA 11604: Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Kennon Road as an All-Weather Road - to make it safe, passable, and convenient 365 days a year ending its 'open-close' situation.

RA 11509: Doctor Para sa Bayan Act - establishing a medical scholarship and return service program

RA 11032: Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Act - simplifies government processes to assist entrepreneurs and small businesses. Government units to undergo evaluation and improvement of transaction systems and procedures to reduce bureaucratic red tape and processing time.

RA 11984: “No Permit, No Exam” Prohibition Act - allowing disadvantage students with unpaid tuition fees and school fees to take their periodic and final examinations

RA 12077: Moratorium on the Payment of Student Loans during Disasters and Other Emergencies 

RA 12080: Basic Education Mental Health and Well-Being Promotion Act - comprehensive mental health programs for public elementary and high school students through the creation of mental health centers in every public school offering counselling, stress management and mental health awareness programs
