Malinis Na Baguio

  • Establish modular and district-level or clustered sewer treatment system depending on the topography of the barangays.
  • Implement a multi-strategy waste management approach to address the long standing garbage and solid waste problem of the city.
  • Clean up our waterways, electric and cable wires, and posts to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

A Healthy Baguio

  • Enhance the capacity of our city and barangay health centers towards preventive health programs. Design and implement proactive measures to address recurring health issues and challenges.

A Safe & Humane Baguio

  • Enhance trust, confidence and respect of people to our government by fair, just, and equitable implementation of rules, regulations, and ordinances. We will treat our citizens with dignity, respect, and humaneness.

Parks & Tourism

  • Increase greenery all over the city, especially in the barangays for the enjoyment of Baguio residents, especially families and children.
  • Integrate parks and open spaces into one interconnected system.
  • Enhance and develop tourism facilities.

Pedestrian Friendly Traffic Solutions

  • Develop a comprehensive program designed to address traffic congestion and other related problems. Establish parking spaces in strategic areas, prioritize walkable streets, effective public transportation systems, and elevated walkways for better and efficient mobility.

The Public Market is for the People of Baguio

  • I stand with our market vendors. I will not allow privatization of Baguio’s beloved public market and make sure that the public market modernization is city-led and managed.
  • Expand entrepreneurial opportunities for our market vendors and other stakeholders

Strengthen Baguio as a Youth and Education City

  • Initiate strong collaboration among educational institutions, non-government organizations, and other government offices to uplift the quality of education in the city.
  • Ensure there are multiple opportunities for the youth to develop themselves in the area/s they choose: academics, research, sports, arts, culture, or tech-voc.
  • Promote lifelong learning through adult education programs.

Modernize Baguio Public Schools

  • Improve facilities of all 67 public schools (i.e., classrooms, restrooms) for the comfort, health, and learning experience of our students and teachers.
  • Equip public schools with internet connectivity and laptops or tablets for enhanced student learning and teacher effectiveness.

Trabaho Para Sa Lahat

  • Strengthen city’s capacity to help address unemployment and underemployment by bolstering small businesses, supporting industries, expanding skills job matching and creation efforts, collaborating with educational institutions to boost Baguio’s labor force

Creative Baguio

  • Develop programs and other support mechanisms for artists, artisans, and creative workers in the city

Support Local Baguio Businesses

  • Pabilisin at simplify ang processing ng mga city permits at licenses. Full and proper implementation ng Ease of Doing Business Act (RA 11032): 3 working days for simple transactions, 7 working days for complex, and 20 working days for more complex transactions.
  • Provide support to Baguio Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.
